I’m happy to offer another wholesale property as an assignment of contract.  This home in Duncanville would make a really good rental property and has potential as a flip.  The structural and mechanical systems seem to be in good working condition.  We believe the ARV is somewhere between $190,000 and $200,000.  The monthly rents for this type of home in Duncanville average around $1,500 per month.
